We’re perfectly located on Lake Lonely outlet just off Lake Lonely where there is minimal boat traffic. Our knowledgeable staff will outfit you with all the equipment you need for a perfect adventure.
Four-mile waterways will weave you through the tranquil flatwater of the Lake Lonely outlet and on to Saratoga Lake (only kayaks & paddleboards, NO boats). Bring your camera! You’ll likely see local wildlife and you’ll want to capture the winding, scenic, forested water with gorgeous lowland conifers.

Summer Hours (April 15th – September 5th)

Drivers Licenses
A drivers license number is required when filling out paperwork before your rental.
Everyone renting or launching from our property, MUST be back before closing!
Launch/Parking Fees
*This is for people with their own kayak, paddleboard, Jon boat, etc.*
- Day Parking/Launch Pass – $10 per vehicle
- Season Parking/Launch Pass – $95 per vehicle
Kayak Storage
$200 per Kayak
- Outside Storage
- The season runs from April 15th – October 15th, so you’re kayak must be out by October 15th
- Same rules as day launching (you are only allowed on the property when we are there)
- We are not responsible if your Kayak is lost, stolen, or damaged
- Limited Availability

- 1-hour rental – $16
- Each additional hour $12

- 6-hour rental – $90
Jon Boat w/8HP Mercury:
- 3-hour rental – $118
- 6-hour rental – $138
*3ft wide and 4ft wide Jon boats are available for both the trolling motors and the 4HP Mercury motors. 4ft wide Jon boats are an additional $10.
Please Note:
– The operator of the motor must have a valid drivers license.
– Their are coast guard regulations for all Jon boats (weight and capacity limits).
– Prior motor experience is required for the 8hp Mercury motor.
